Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient.

You can arrive as you are, with or without makeup! Our team is happy to remove your makeup for you. It’s best to have a light meal beforehand to keep your blood sugar stable. To minimise the risk of bruising, avoid alcohol, caffeine, fish oil supplements and anti-inflammatory medications for 24 to 48 hours before your visit. If you have any questions about your current medications or supplements, just let us know when you make a booking.
