Appointments can be booked online or by phone. We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient.

At present, we do not offer financing options. Payment is required post-treatment, before leaving the premises. We accept Eftpos and cash payments.

It's best to arrive with clean skin, free of makeup and lotions. Avoid any medications or supplements that can increase bleeding for at least a week before your treatment unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider.
